Frequently asked questions
No. The payment is one-time and the package is valid for 30 days. After it expires you will not be charged automatically. You can activate a new package at any time.
The 30-day period starts right after a successful payment is confirmed. The exact expiry date and time are shown in your profile and in the confirmation email.
Promo credits included in Pro, Pro+ or Ultra are valid until the end of the 30-day period and do not carry over. Tokens purchased separately do not expire.
Promotions activated before the package expires stay active until the end of their own term, even if the package has already expired.
Unused AI edits from the package expire at the end of the 30-day period and do not carry over. Images you already generated remain available.
Your profile moves to the Start terms. The Partner badge, the additional AI edits, the advanced tools and the partner benefits are deactivated. There is no automatic payment.
No. The package does not affect the order between listings with the same promotion level. Best promotions are shown ahead of TOP, and TOP promotions are shown ahead of non-promoted listings. At the same level, the platform's other ordering criteria apply.
The Partner badge marks an active paid package. It is not a verification, a guarantee or a certificate for the agency's activity.
On your first Ultra activation you get one 30-minute consultation. A further consultation can be provided at most once every 90 days while an Ultra package is active.
Ultra is a 30-day package you activate yourself, on the same terms as every other agency with that package. An Exclusive Partner agreement is negotiated individually, is limited by city and category, and covers content and visibility work beyond the listings.
After generation, the app shows the original and AI result side by side for comparison. If you download or publish the result, you must clearly label it as an "AI visualization". It is not added to the listing automatically.
The entry package price is under €20 for a platform with more than 11,000 property views in the last 60 days. The agency gets an accessible position in a growing platform and tools such as AI photo redesigns that can also be used in other channels.
The proposed onboarding may include profile setup and help with listings. Its exact scope, timeline and payment timing will be confirmed before any agreement.
